No worries, if you do make a mistake when placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on email@example.com. After the processing of the order has begun we can’t take it back unfortunately. But this usually does not happen before 24h has passed.
We deliver to all countries worldwide, however please bear in mind the following
- We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses meaning that we only accept real addresses
- For all Russian and United Arab Emirate orders a commercial address must be provided, as unfortunately DHL cannot deliver to a private address.
- You are responsible for giving us as precise details as possible to avoid any misunderstandings.
International shipping is free when your order exceeds 149€ / 3 products
Otherwise the shipping fees are as follows:
- Estonia – 3€
- Northern Europe – 10€
- Rest of Europe – 15€
- Americas, Russia – 15€
- Rest of the World – 18€
Estonia – next day
Europe – usually 1 week the most
Rest of the world – up to 2 weeks
We cannot guarantee weekend delivery, though.
Please note that these are just delivery times. Hand-making product takes additional 2-3 weeks depending on the season.
Customs and import duties are applied by local customs, unfortunately we are unable to provide an estimate or offer information. We suggest contacting your local customs office so you are aware of the exact charges that could potentially be incurred.
Any parcels that are returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct any costs we incur from your refund.
Unfortunately, mistakes can happen. In cases as such as this we ask you to please contact us prior to sending the faulty/wrong item back to us: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make sure if the mistake is made by us and either send out a replacement at our cost or refund you the full amount after you have returned the faulty item. The products need to be unworn and undamaged.
Unfortunately you can not exchange products custom made for you unless they are faulty. The law actually supports us in this case. Make sure you get your requirements, colors and measurements right when ordering.
However, you can exchange any of the products bought from our stock within 14 days of receiving the order. The products need to be unworn and undamaged. You will be covering the shipping expences both ways, though. Please contact our customer service team to agree on a solution before returning anything: email@example.com.
We do not provide refunds for postage costs, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
If you have misplaced the invoice that arrived on your email, just let us know of the name/email address the invoice was sent to. We can resend the invoice. Also, it is always a good idea to create a user account on our site to avoid ever losing your past orders details.
Items purchased on sale or items with a promo code are strictly settled with store credit. We cannot accept these items for refund.
Yes we do, you can purchase them on our shop page.
Please note, Gift Cards can be purchased for certain number of products, not monetary values.
Once you have purchased your Gift Card, you will receive a branded email with a coupon code from us within a couple of hours. You can print that of forward to the recipient.
You can apply this code once you have reached the checkout, once provided it will automatically be applied to your cart.
